14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your credits are unused. Once you've spent credits on a scan, those credits — and the portion of your purchase they represent — are non-refundable, because we've already covered the underlying processing costs on our end.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@whoendorsed.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Failed or broken scans

If a scan fails or returns incorrect results due to a problem on our end, we'll restore the credit at no charge. This is separate from the refund window — just email us.

Chargebacks and disputes

If something seems wrong with a charge, please contact us first at hello@whoendorsed.com. We'll work to resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
